Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Bhd has secured a four-year contract from Thailand's upstream player PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Ltd for offshore works in Sarawak.

Telekom Malaysia Bhd insists that it has exercised its contractual rights accordingly to end its 5G access agreement with Digital Nasional Bhd, a few hours after the latter rejected the former's earlier statement.

Gadang Holdings Bhd is proposing to acquire a parcel of freehold land measuring 11.2 acres in Johor Baru, Johor, from Tanahmas Kapital Sdn Bhd for RM75.5mn.

Duopharma Biotech Bhd saw Lembaga Tabung Haji emerge as a substantial shareholder after a 500,000-share acquisition bumped the pilgrimage fund's total stake in the drugmaker to 5.05%, above the 5% disclosure threshold.

Malaysia's central bank has approved the start of talks for MNRB Holdings Bhd to sell its Islamic insurance unit Takaful Ikhlas, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Cepatwawasan Group Bhd's wholly owned unit, Cash Nexus (M) Sdn Bhd, is disposing of a 40.0% equity interest in Cash Horse (M) Sdn Bhd to Timah Resources Ltd for RM31.6mn.
