KJTS bags RM14mil job for hospital


PETALING JAYA: KJTS Group Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, KJ Technical Services Sdn Bhd, has secured a RM13.5mil contract from BPL Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd for air conditioning and mechanical ventilation services for Cengild Specialist Hospital in Kuala Lumpur.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said the job scope included the demolition of unused air duct and air conditioning and mechanical ventilation-related parts or equipment and the supply and installation of air conditioning as well as mechanical ventilation-related works.

The works commenced on Jan 29, 2026, and is expected to be completed by Sept 28, 2026.

KJTS said the letter of award is in the best interest of the company.

It would not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of KJTS, it added.
