Dnex to collaborate on AI-driven digital transformation for Mara


KUALA LUMPUR: Dagang Nexchange Bhd (Dnex) is collaborating with Majlis Amanah Rakyat (Mara) to drive the digital transformation of the latter’s organisation.

In a statement, Dnex said the parties had inked a memorandum of understanding, which will explore the co-creation of future-read Mara internal talent through transformation and innovation enablement, and accelerating artificial intelligence (AI)-driven digital entrepreneurial capabilities.

The partnership will also explore the development of an expanded, next-generation digital platform for Mara.

Leveraging the latest enterprise-grade AI capabilities, Dnex and Mara intend to collaborate on the development of an AI upskilling framework to cultivate an AI-first start-up culture.

By integrating capability-building services with advanced digital platforms, the programme empowers Mara entrepreneurs to leverage AI as a core competitive advantage, enhancing market resilience to drive business competitiveness.

It will also provide entrepreneurs with the strategic advisory, AI-enabled platforms, and structured mentorship necessary to achieve rapid scalability and sustainable innovation.

The MoU also outlines plans for a Unified Data Intelligence Hub through a central, AI-native digital ecosystem designed to harmonise Mara’s data assets.
