PETALING JAYA: Exsim Hospitality Bhd has secured a contract from Aqua Empire Sdn Bhd (AESB) to design, supply, fabricate, construct, complete, test and commission, maintain and guarantee (turnkey) water park works worth RM54.5mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the date of commencement shall be on March 2, 2026 and is scheduled for completion on March 1, with a duration of 12 months.
“The defects liability period shall be 12 months commencing from the date of Certificate of Practical Completion of completed works or until all defects are made good, whichever is the later.”
Exsim said it does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with the letter of award and / or the contract works.
“Nevertheless, the company will take the necessary steps to mitigate the risks as and when they occur,” it said.
The nature of business of AESB is to carry on the business of operating, managing, developing and maintaining water theme parks, amusement parks and related entertainment and recreational facilities.
