Nestlé Malaysia, MTT Shipping deploy MTT Bintangor to strengthen logistics network


A ship‑blessing ceremony was held for the container vessel MTT Bintangor, led by Madam Montserrat Aranols (Spouse of Juan Aranols), the vessel’s Godmother, symbolising hopes for good fortune, safe passage, and smooth operations. Held at Westports, Pulau Indah, Port Klang, the ceremony also marked the vessel’s deployment to strengthen regional connectivity and supply chain operations. KUALA LUMPUR: Nestlé Malaysia and MTT Shipping (MTTS) have marked the deployment of container vessel MTT Bintangor with a ship blessing ceremony at Westports, Pulau Indah, Port Klang.

The vessel, with a capacity of 1,836 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEU), supports domestic and Asean trade routes and has been carrying Nestlé cargo through an appointed freight forwarder for nearly a decade.
