PETALING JAYA: Pertama Digital Bhd
has appointed Darryl Yew Jun Dee as its acting chief financial officer (CFO).
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said Yew is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in the field of finance.
The group said his experience comes following his roles across listed and multinational organisations, where he led group level financial management, corporate planning and financial reporting, strengthened governance and internal controls, and supported management in delivering timely financial close and stakeholder reporting.
“During his tenure, he has worked across a broad range of operating environments and business models, with exposure to diverse sectors including technology and digital services.
