ISF unit bags RM10mil serviced apartment plumbing job

KUALA LUMPUR: ISF Group Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Yeo Plumber Sdn Bhd has accepted a RM10mil contract from Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd for cold-water plumbing services and sanitary plumbing system works for a serviced apartment.

The contract has commenced with the acceptance of the letter of award (LOA), and is scheduled for completion on March 15, 2029.

Moving forward, ISF managing director Jeff Ai Boon Chen said Malaysia’s development landscape remains conducive, underpinned by Budget 2026's emphasis on industrial, data centres, infrastructure, and residential projects.

These structural drivers are expected to create sustain demand for reliable piping and plumbing system solutions.

“Leveraging our diversified project portfolio across diverse property segments, the group is well positioned to capitalise on this expanding development cycle. Meanwhile, the fresh capital raised from our listing further enhances our capacity to undertake larger and more complex projects moving forward," he said in a statement.

As at Dec 9, 2025, ISF’s unbilled order book stood at RM120.68mil, of which RM117.47mil relates to end-user premises piping projects, while the remaining RM3.21mil is made up of infrastructure piping projects. This is expected to provide earnings visibility up to the financial year ending Dec 31, 2028.
