ES Sunlogy secures RM15mil job


PETALING JAYA: ES Sunlogy Bhd’s subsidiary Savelite Engineering Sdn Bhd has secured a RM15.22mil contract for a project in Johor.

The contract will see the company supply, deliver, install, test, commission and provide maintenance of electrical services as a sub-contractor at Lot 156682 along the Johor Baru-Pasir Gudang Highway, near Plentong, Johor, for Parkland Southern Sdn Bhd, the company awarding the contract.

“The accepted sub-contract work is on a firm price basis and it includes all charges for transport, lifting, hoisting, packing, freight, insurance, payroll, tax, import duties and all other taxes and where applicable: fees, royalties and exchanges. No adjustment for any fluctuations will be made,” ES Sunlogy said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia .

Savelite said it will bear all increases in import duties, tariffs and taxes that may arise during the duration of the sub-contract and that any increase would not be recoverable from the main contractor or the employer.
