Bursa Malaysia grants Sentoria six-month extension to submit regularisation plan


KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has granted property developer Sentoria Group Bhd an extension of six months, until June 3, 2026, to submit its regularisation plan.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the local bourse said it has the right to suspend trading of the company’s listed securities and to delist the company if it fails to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities on or before June 3, 2026.

The bourse may also take action if the company fails to obtain approval from any regulatory authority necessary for the plan’s implementation or fails to carry out the plan within the time frame, or any extended time frame, stipulated by the authorities.

Upon the occurrence of any of the events set out, Bursa Securities shall suspend trading of the listed securities of the company on the sixth market day after the date of notification of suspension by Bursa Securities and, subsequently de-list the company, subject to the company’s right to appeal against the delisting.
