PETALING JAYA: ICT Zone Asia Bhd has received a purchase order from Haynik Holding Sdn Bhd for the leasing of information and communication technology (ICT) hardware and software for a period of 60 months, worth RM27.77mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the technology financing solutions provider said the purchase order involves the leasing of laptops, printers, projectors, charging carts and related peripheral devices, bundled with ICT services to Haynik for its delivery to a government agency.

“The company proposes to utilise bank borrowings and/or internally generated funds to finance the purchase of ICT hardware and software for the purpose of the lease.”

“The board, after having considered all aspects of the purchase order, is of the opinion that the acceptance of the purchase order is within the ordinary course of business of the company and is in the best interest of the company.”
