PETALING JAYA: Infoline Tec Group Bhd
has accepted a letter of award from Niaga Sari Sdn Bhd for a nominated sub-contract for the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical works for a 30-storey service apartment development project in Terengganu, worth RM9.65mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the information technology infrastructure solutions provider said the contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of the company and its subsidiaries.
“Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the contract is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets of Infoline Group until the expiration of the contract.
“Infoline does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with the contract, which are within the ordinary course of business of the group.”
The contract, being part of the ordinary course of its business, is not subject to the approval of shareholders of the company or any relevant authorities, it said.
