KUALA LUMPUR: LFE Corp Bhd
says its wholly-owned subsidiary LFE Engineering Sdn Bhd has accepted a letter of intent from Sunway Construction Bhd.
The subcontract is for the completion of a proposed data centre and office project in Taman Teknologi Malaysia in Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, LFE said the contract, valued at RM11.5mil, commenced on Dec 30, 2025, and will be completed on Aug 11, 2026.
The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of LFE Group for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2026, and up to the completion of the contract.
