Muhibbah Engineering (M) Bhd has won a PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd contract worth RM700.0–RM850.0mn for minor engineering, procurement and construction works on wellhead platforms under the Sepat Integrated Redevelopment Project offshore Terengganu.

Systech Bhd’s unit Systech Capital Sdn Bhd is buying a 51% stake in Propappa Alliance Sdn Bhd, marking its entry into the e-commerce and consumer platform space.

The Sustainable Energy Development Authority Malaysia has approved the feed-in tariff commencement date for Tex Cycle (P2) Sdn Bhd’s 2.0MW gasification gas engine power plant in Port Klang, Selangor.
