Perdana Petroleum unit secures two contracts for provision of vessels


PETALING JAYA: Perdana Petroleum Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Perdana Nautika Sdn Bhd (PNSB) has received two contracts from Dialog Resources Sdn Bhd for the provision of two anchor handling tugs and supply vessels.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Perdana noted the estimated charter periods for the contracts are for 153 days, commencing tentatively from April 1, 2026 and expiring on August 30, 2026.

The estimated contract value will vary based on the work orders issued by the charterer throughout the duration of the contracts.

PNSB shall provide the vessels with crew and equipment to perform a continuous twenty-four hours service for the purpose of assisting and/or servicing drilling rigs, offshore installations, derrick barges, towing and anchor jobs.
