KUALA LUMPUR: TSR Capital Bhd
via its wholly-owned subsidiary TSR Bina Sdn Bhd has accepted a contract from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn Bhd for the construction of main infrastructure works and ancillary works at Bukit Raja Stage 3, Kapar, in Klang, Selangor, for RM48mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the contract comprises the supply and delivery of materials and construction work services.
The scope of works under the contract includes road and drainage works, sewerage works, water reticulation works and other ancillary works.
It said the contract is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2027.
