KUALA LUMPUR: RHB Banking Group will extend operating hours across all its branches and RHB Premier centres nationwide beginning Jan 1, 2026.
Under the revised hours, branches in all states except Kelantan and Terengganu will operate from 9.15am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, compared with the current 9.15am to 4.15pm.
In Kelantan and Terengganu, operating hours will be extended to 9.15 am to 5 pm from Sunday to Wednesday, while Thursday hours will remain unchanged at 9.15 am to 4.15 pm.
The bank, in a statement, said operating hours for branches located in shopping malls will remain as currently practised, following the requirements and schedules of each respective mall.
RHB Banking Group managing director of group community banking Jeffrey Ng Eow Oo said the extension reflects the bank’s commitment to improving customer convenience and accessibility.
“By extending our operating hours, we are giving customers greater flexibility and supporting their financial needs at times that work best for them. We look forward to welcoming customers and continuing to deliver the service they expect from us,” he added.
