OSK Holdings posts RM152mil quarterly bottom line

PETALING JAYA: OSK Holdings Bhd’s net profit rose to RM152.18mil in the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2025 (3Q25) from RM137.24mil in 3Q24.

Total revenue for the quarter under review rose by 3% to RM496.68mil as compared with RM481mil in 3Q24.

OSK group executive chairman Tan Sri Ong Leong Huat said the group’s performance this quarter underscored the resilience and strength of its diversified portfolio.

“Across our core business segments, we have maintained steady growth while executing strategic expansions in both Malaysia and Australia,” he said in a statement.

The financial services segment recorded a 37% increase in revenue to RM77.9mil.

“Total loans disbursed increased to RM2.7bil as of Sept 30 2025, compared to RM1.8bil a year earlier,” said Ong.

For the property division, OSK recorded a revenue of RM203.1mil, a 16% decline compared to 3Q24. — Bernama
