E&O launches clubhouse, commercial precinct in City of Elmina

KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer Eastern & Oriental Bhd (E&O) has unveiled its first clubhouse and commercial precinct in the City of Elmina, Sungai Buloh.

In a statement, E&O said the clubhouse and commercial precinct will be located within Seri Embun, the company’s debut township in Elmina.

Managing director Kok Tuck Cheong said today’s homeowners are not merely buying property, but also investing in a lifestyle that reflects their aspirations for health, design, and community.

"Our vision for Seri Embun, anchored by this clubhouse, is to create a living environment that celebrates these values, offering the rare balance of sophistication, sustainability and serenity,” he said.

The E&O Elmina Clubhouse serves as the heart of Seri Embun, a private and secure haven within a gated and guarded precinct with controlled access.

The group said the clubhouse enhances residents’ quality of life as a central lifestyle hub, where a premium, resort-inspired experience unfolds amidst lush landscapes and green pockets designed to promote walkability and community interaction.

"Among its facilities are a gymnasium, swimming pool, wading pool, multipurpose hall, kids’ playground, landscaped gardens, herb garden, garden terrace, function lawn, yoga lawn, pavilion, surau and jacuzzi, each thoughtfully integrated into a lush, serene environment,” it said.

Meanwhile, E&O said the launch of the clubhouse also complements the launch of Laman Embun, E&O’s first collection of commercial plots in Elmina.

The property developer said the freehold precinct, priced from RM2.46 million, is strategically located less than 500 metres from the upcoming Seri Embun township and presents an attractive opportunity for investors and business owners seeking premium frontage within a growing township.

Spanning 6.11 hectares of prime freehold land, Laman Embun comprises 110 units of two- and three-storey shop offices, ranging from 3,256 to 10,883 square feet.

"With lot sizes starting from 22 feet x 75 feet, the development offers flexibility to accommodate a wide range of retail, dining and lifestyle concepts,” it said.

Anchored by the E&O City of Elmina Clubhouse and Laman Embun commercial precinct, E&O said its presence in Elmina reflects this convergence, where spaces for living, leisure and enterprise come together to create vibrant, self-sustaining communities.

The developer added that the Klang Valley is poised to drive much of this growth, led by discerning homeowners and investors who view property not just as an asset but as a foundation for holistic, long-term living. - Bernama
