Tuju Setia wins RM54mil factory construction contract in Klang

KUALA LUMPUR: Tuju Setia Bhd has secured a RM54mil contract to serve as the main contractor for the construction of a purpose-built factory in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang.

The construction services company, in a statement, said the group received the letter of award from Syntec Intelligence Technology Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taiwan’s Syntec Technology Co Ltd.

Tuju Setia said project involves the construction of a five-storey factory comprising production facilities, offices, a two-storey car park, an M&E room, a rooftop canteen and ancillary facilities.

Construction is expected to take 14 months and will commence by Dec 8, 2025.

Managing director Wee Eng Kong said the group’s strong track record of timely and high-quality delivery positions it well to take on new opportunities and further expand its market reach in the industry.

“While we stay firmly dedicated to executing our ongoing projects, we are also eager to grow our portfolio beyond our core expertise of high-rise building construction, as well as design and build of hospital and healthcare facilities, enhancing our reputation as a builder of choice across multiple sectors.”
