He Group wins RM57mil data centre job


PETALING JAYA: HE Group Bhd has received a duly executed subcontractor contract from an engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) company in relation to the provision of electrical services and other related works for a data centre in Cyberjaya, worth RM56.59mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the electrical engineering services firm said the subcontract commenced on Aug 27, 2025 and is for a period of eight months.

It highlighted that the EPCM firm is a foreign-owned company specialising in the construction, civil engineering and offshore oil and gas sectors.

“Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the subcontract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of He Group over the duration of the project and will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the group.”
