Ringgit rises vs greenback on lower US Treasury yields


KUALA LUMPUR: The ringgit opened higher against the US dollar on Thursday, supported by continued declines in US Treasury yields that weighed on the greenback.

At 8.03 am, the ringgit rose to 4.1295/1395 against the US dollar, from Wednesday’s close of 4.1315/1385.
