ProWealth Management emerges as substantial shareholder in Mega Fortris

KUALA LUMPUR: ProWealth Management Holding Ltd has emerged as a substantial shareholder of Mega Fortris Bhd through the acquisition of a 25.99% stake in Mega Fortris Global Pte Ltd, which holds 65% of Mega Fortris Bhd.

ProWealth Management is an investment holding company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.
