KUALA LUMPUR: Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd
via its wholly-owned subsidiary Kitacon Sdn Bhd has secured a RM86.58mil job from Earth Pavilion Sdn Bhd for the construction of two phases of a property project comprising a combined 81 units of residences at The Mines Resort City in Petaling, Selangor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said Phase 3 of the project consisted of 20 units of three-storey semi-detached homes and 14 units of three-storey zero lots.
Phase 4 of the development included 33 units of three-storey zero lots, four units of three-storey bungalows and 10 units of three-storey bungalows with a half-basement.
The contract commences on Nov 1, 2025, and is to be completed within 24 months from the commencement date.
It is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of Kumpulan Kitacon for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2025, onwards until the expiry of the contract.
