MKH Oil Palm unit approved as foreign-owned entity in Indonesia


KUALA LUMPUR: MKH Oil Palm (East Kalimantan) Bhd said its Indonesian subsidiary, PT Tunas Tani Tutus (PT Tunas), has received approval from Indonesia’s Ministry of Law on Oct 20, 2025, to convert from a domestic company to a foreign-owned entity.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, MKH Oil Palm said the approval allows PT Tunas to operate within Indonesia’s foreign investment framework.

Following the approval, PT Tunas officially became a subsidiary of MKH Oil Palm, effective Oct 20, 2025. - Bernama
