SEREMBAN: Premium grocers Cold Storage will be the main anchor at Sendayan Merchant Square in Bandar Sri Sendayan (BSS) near here, following the signing of a tenancy agreement between GCH Retail Sdn Bhd and Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd

The multinational supermarket chain will occupy 24,000sq ft of the 105,000sq ft of net lettable area in the commercial hub that is targeted for completion by the end of next year.
