Advancecon wins RM36.1mil Sime Darby Property contract for Serenia City development

PETALING JAYA: Advancecon Holdings Bhd has accepted a letter of acceptance from Sime Darby Property (Serenia City) Sdn Bhd to be the contractor for a residential development in Sepang, Selangor, worth RM36.1mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the earthworks and civil engineering service provider said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Advancecon Infra Sdn Bhd, has been appointed as the contractor for the proposed construction and completion of earthworks and ancillary works for residential development Phases SB 2 and SB 3 (Bayu Serenia), located within the Serenia City Stage 3.

“The contract period shall be commencing from Oct 28, 2025 until April 27, 2027.”

“Serenia City is one of Sime Darby Property’s notable township developments, master-planned as a “Garden City of KLIA” with residential, commercial amenities, and planned commercial/industrial precincts, all designed to emphasise liveability, green features, and connectivity.”

Advancecon said the win marks another milestone in its growing portfolio of large-scale township and infrastructure projects, reinforcing its position as a trusted partner to Malaysia’s leading property developers.

“It also strengthens the group’s foothold in the Klang Valley, where it continues to play an integral role in shaping the groundwork for urban growth and community development.”
