KUALA LUMPUR: Mpire Global Bhd
is changing its name to Greentronics Technology Bhd, effective Oct 8, 2025.
Bursa Malaysia, in a statement, said Mpire’s new stock short name will be quoted as “GREENTEC,” replacing the old stock short name “MPIRE.” The company’s stock codes remain unchanged.
Similarly, its warrants will be traded under the new name Greentronics Technology Bhd – Warrants C 2025/2030, with the new stock short name GREENTEC-WC, replacing MPIRE Global Bhd – Warrants C 2025/2030 (MPIRE-WC).
Mpire is involved in property development and construction, fleet management and financing services.
