Pharmaniaga invests RM30mil in Penang facility to boost logistics capacity


KUALA LUMPUR: Pharmaniga Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Pharmaniaga Logistics Sdn Bhd has entered into a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with N.H. Development Sdn Bhd for the acquisition of a factory and office building in Seberang Perai Selatan, Penang, for RM30mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Pharmaniaga said property comprises a single-storey detached factory with a double-storey office block, sitting on a freehold parcel of land measuring about 10,919 square metres.
