Resintech inks Vietnam supply contract

PETALING JAYA: Resintech Bhd has entered into a contract agreement with Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority for the supply and delivery of high-density polyethylene pipes and fittings worth RM16.5mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the plastics pipes, water tanks and fittings manufacturer said the tenure of the contract is for five months from Sept 15, 2025.

“The contract will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholding structure of the company.

“Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the company for the financial year ending March 31, 2026 onwards until the expiry of the contract,” the company said.

Resintech did not foresee any exceptional risk other than normal operational risks associated with the contract.
