ENRA wins PETRONAS Carigali contract for Terengganu crude oil terminal works

PETALING JAYA: Enra Group Bhd has been awarded a contract from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB) for the provision of engineering, procurement, construction, removal, installation and commissioning works of Catenary Anchor Leg Mooring for PCSB’s Terengganu Crude Oil Terminal project.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, ENRA said the contract will commence from the date of the letter of award (Aug 7) and shall be completed within 90 weeks or earlier.

“The contract will not have any effect on the issued share capital and the shareholding of the substantial shareholders of the company.

“However, the contract is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings and net assets per share of the company upon commencement of the works.”

Save for the normal operational risks, ENRA said its board of directors are not aware of any other risk factors which may arise from the contract.

“The board of directors of the ENRA is of the opinion that the contract is in the best interests of the ordinary course of business and are in best interest of the company.”
