PETALING JAYA: Inta Bina Group Bhd
has accepted a letter of award from Sime Darby Property (KL East) Sdn Bhd for a condominium development job in Kuala Lumpur worth RM212.34mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the construction company said the contract involved the development of a single condominium block consisting of Anjung A (233 units, 30 floors) and Anjung B (247 units, 32 floors) above eight podium floors.
Inta Bina said development also consists of a multi-level carpark.
“The construction period will be for 36 months. The date of commencement and date of completion as per the letter of award will be on Oct 7, 2025 and Oct 6, 2028, respectively.”
The company added that it intends to fund the contract via internally generated funds and/or external borrowings.
