PETALING JAYA: Inta Bina Group Bhd
has accepted a letter of award from Sime Darby Property (KL East) Sdn Bhd for a condominium development job in Kuala Lumpur worth RM212.34mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the construction company said the contract involves the development of a single condominium block consisting of Anjung A (233 units, 30 Floors) and Anjung B (247 units, 32 floors) above eight podium floors.
Inta Bina also said development also consists of a multi level carpark.
“The construction period shall be for a period of 36 months. The date of commencement and date of completion as per the letter of award shall be on Oct 7, 2025 and Oct 6, 2028, respectively.”
The company added that it intends to fund the contract via internally generated funds and/ or external borrowings.
“The contract will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of Inta Bina.
“Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of Inta Bina for the duration of the contract.”
