PETALING JAYA: Thomson Medical Group (TMG) has unveiled plans for a massive waterfront development in Johor Bahru, with a projected gross development value (GDV) of over RM18bil.

The 26-acre Johor Bay project combines healthcare, residential, hospitality, and commercial elements, and is positioned as one of the largest private healthcare-linked real estate ventures in Southeast Asia.
