Ivory Properties' shares unchanged after CEO steps down


KUALA LUMPUR: Ivory Properties Group Bhd’s share price was flat at half-a-sen with 10.63 million shares changing hands at mid-morning, after the company announced the resignation of its group chief executive officer and executive director, Datuk Low Eng Hock.

In a filing on Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the company said Low, 62, stepped down from the board effective Aug 22, 2025, citing personal matters.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing, the company said Low holds a direct interest of 84.54 million shares, or 17.25 per cent, and an indirect interest of 28.23 million shares, or 5.76 per cent, in the company.

Following his resignation, he will relinquish all positions in the company, including that of group chief executive officer.

Bursa Malaysia had suspended the trading of Ivory Properties’ securities from 9 am -10 am on Monday, Aug 25, 2025. - Bernama
