UEM Sunrise records solid 1H25 as sales climb 29%

KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd’s sales rose 29% to RM649.3mil in the first half to June 30, 2025 (1H25) from RM502.4mil a year ago, representing 62% of its full-year target of RM1.05bil on the back of healthy demand and conversion across both regions.

The property developer said new launches in the second quarter totalled RM413mil in gross development value (GDV), led by Allegro at Symphony Hills in Cyberjaya and two phases of Aspira Hills (2A and 3A) in Gerbang Nusajaya, Johor.
