THE world is getting smaller, and so are office meeting spaces. In business workplaces across the globe, where sprawling office layouts, open floor plans and large formal boardrooms once reigned, a shift towards more compact, enclosed discussion areas is growing.
According to a 2025 global survey by professional audio brand Jabra, 94% of workers now use small meeting rooms for daily meetings. Additionally, 73% of them agree that these smaller spaces make collaboration easier, and 65% say their most innovative ideas are born in these settings.
