Mohd Rafique Merican made Bursa director

Bursa said Mohamed Rafique will also serve as a member of the audit and nomination and remuneration committees.

PETALING JAYA: Bursa Malaysia Bhd has appointed Datuk Mohamed Rafique Merican as an independent non-executive director, with effect from Aug 15.

In a statement, the stock market operator said Mohamed Rafique will also serve as a member of the audit committee as well as the nomination and remuneration committee.
