KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Bhd
has appointed Datuk Mohamed Rafique Merican as an independent non-executive director, effective Aug 15, 2025.
In a statement, the stock exchange operator said Mohamed Rafique will also serve on its audit committee as well as the nomination ad remuneration committee.
