ES Sunlogy joins solar venture in Sarawak


PETALING JAYA: Mechanical and electrical engineering services company ES Sunlogy Bhd has entered into a heads of agreement with Planet QEOS Sdn Bhd to jointly develop a 155MWp large-scale solar photovoltaic power plant with 310MWhr integrated battery energy storage systems in Long Lama, Baram, Sarawak.

Planet QEOS recently secured in-principle approval from the state government for its integrated agrovoltaic and renewable energy proposal in Baram, which includes the development of up to 4,000MWac of solar capacity across a 1,200-ha site.
