PETALING JAYA: Pertama Digital Bhd
has appointed Lim Nasrul Halim as its chief executive officer or CEO with effect from Aug 6.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the financial services company said Halim’s areas of expertise include strategic business development and global brand expansion; advanced performance management systems (including objectives and key results and metrics development); and fundraising and venture capital management, particularly in the technology sector.
