PETALING JAYA: KJ Technical Services Sdn Bhd (KJTS SB), a full subsidiary of KJTS Group Bhd
, has won a letter of award (LoA) from M East Sdn Bhd (MESB) to provide facility management services at Marlborough College Malaysia in Johor for a tenure of three years.
The agreement, formalised yesterday, marks a new contract for KJTS Group in its core business of facility management. Work began on July 1 and is scheduled to complete by June 30, 2028.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, KJTS Group said the LoA served the best interest of the company, as the contract aligned with its regular operations, focusing on delivering facility management services, and did not introduce exceptional risks beyond standard operational challenges.
Under the terms of the agreement, MESB will pay KJTS SB the monthly fees, consisting of facility staff cost of RM334,149, non facility staff cost of RM26,558, and facility subcontractor of 5% management fee.
The total facilities staff and non-staff costs for the three years will be RM12,985,470.
