Ecobuilt unit secures RM34.65mil construction project in Shah Alam


KUALA LUMPUR: Ecobuilt Holdings Bhd has via its subsidiary Ecobuilt Construction Sdn Bhd secured an appointment as the contractor for a proposed service apartment project in Shah Alam.

In a stock exchange filing, the group said the RM34.65mil contract from Messrs C Wei Architect, the project architect on behalf of Moi Development Sdn Bhd, entails the construction of 264 units of service apartments over 25 storeys.

The contract commenced on July 8, 2025, and is expected to be completed on May 8, 2027.

It is expected to contribute positively to the earnings per share and net assets per share of Ecobuilt for the financial year ending 2025 onwards.
