Solarvest appoints Daniel Ruppert as CIO


PETALING JAYA: Solarvest Holdings Bhd has appointed Daniel Bernd Ruppert as its chief investment officer (CIO).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said Ruppert, 50, has been actively involved in supporting the company’s investment strategies as a CIO and has represented the company at various official functions.

With this formal appointment, Solarvest said Ruppert will assume full responsibilities as part of the key senior management, overseeing the company’s investment strategy, encompassing asset management, acquisitions and divestments, risk oversight and strategic capital deployment.

“Ruppert brings over 15 years of experience in investment banking and business management to his position as CIO.
