The Thirteenth Malaysia Plan (13MP) for the 2026 to 2030 timeframe will be presented to Parliament on July 31.
It marks the first national development plan under the Unity Government and anchored by the Public‑Private Partnership Master Plan 2030, New Industrial Master Plan 2030, and National Energy Transition Roadmap as well as the National Semiconductor Strategy.
