KUALA LUMPUR: Berjaya Land
has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Impianan Utara Sdn Bhd to explore rare earth mining and the planting of Napier hybrid grass and Blackthorn durian in Perlis.
In a statement, Berjaya Land said the projects will be in collaboration with state investment vehicle Menteri Besar Inc (MBI) Perlis.
