KUALA LUMPUR: Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd
’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Kitacon Sdn Bhd, has secured a construction contract worth RM87.88mil from GLM Emerald West (Rawang) Sdn Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Kumpulan Kitacon announced that the contract involves main building works, including external, ancillary, and infrastructure works for the proposed construction and completion of a development in Rawang, Selangor.
The contract is set to begin on June 13, 2025 and will be completed within 25 months from the commencement date.
Kumpulan Kitacon expects the contract to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets per share from the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025, onwards until its completion.
