Encorp appoints Ahmad Harzimi as new group CEO


KUALA LUMPUR: Encorp Bhd has appointed Ahmad Harzimi Mohd Taib as its group chief executive officer (GCEO), effective June 10, 2025.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the property firm said Ahmad Harzimi, 51, has more than 25 years of experience in property development, construction, F&B, and general trading, including over 15 years in senior leadership roles within GLiCs, PLCs, private companies, and government agencies.

He was most recently the head of corporate services at TH Properties Sdn Bhd. Earlier, as the head of legal & governance, he was appointed as the officer in charge of the GCEO before his promotion to head of corporate services.

Ahmad Harzimi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons.) from the International Islamic University Malaysia.
