PETALING JAYA: Edelteq Holdings Bhd
’s wholly owned subsidiary Edelteq Ventures Sdn Bhd has formed a joint venture (JV) with Halo Technologies Sdn Bhd to manufacture and commercialise automated optical inspection (AOI) machines.
The JV company, called Halovision System Sdn Bhd, will target applications in Substrate Panel (Raptor series) and semiconductor wafer Level (i-Falke series) inspection.
