Lotte Chemical's unit inks 3-year naphtha supply deal with Aramco Trading Singapore

KUALA LUMPUR: Lotte Chemical Titan (M) Sdn Bhd (LCTM), a wholly owned subsidiary of Lotte Chemical Titan Holding Bhd (LCTH), has signed a three-year sales contract with Aramco Trading Singapore Pte Ltd to purchase naphtha from July 2025 to June 2028.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, LCTH said Aramco is a major feedstock supplier of naphtha to LCTM and has been its long-term supplier.

Under the agreement, Aramco will supply an estimated quantity of between 300,000 and 400,000 tonnes of naphtha annually to LCTM, with the pricing for the supply based on market rates.

"The deal will not have any effect on the LCTH’s share capital and shareholding structure,” LCTM added. - Bernama
