MN Holdings secures project worth RM38mil

PETALING JAYA: MN Holdings Bhd has secured a project worth RM37.91mil for civil engineering and electrical works.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the utilities service provider said it could not name the other company involved as it has not provided consent for disclosure.

The project runs from May 14, 2025 to March 31, 2027.

The project, which was awarded to its wholly owned subsidiary, Mutu Nusantara Sdn Bhd, consists of the design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing and commissioning of a waste to energy interconnection facility’s transmission lines located in the central region of Peninsular Malaysia.

The project would not have any effect on the issued share capital and the shareholding of the substantial shareholders of the company.

“However, the letter of acceptance is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings and net assets per share of the company upon commencement of the project.”
